Everything you need to know about getting your order and sending it back if needed.
Shipping
Standard Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the UK and 7–14 business days internationally. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Express Shipping
Express delivery is available at checkout for most UK addresses. Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day, arriving within 1–2 business days.
International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £100 and international orders over £200. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@agbags.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
